Monroe County YMCA Illinois Ozarks 10K Bluff Trail Run

Course is 10K starting at the foot of the Illinois Ozark Bluffs at Borsch Park in Valmeyer, IL. The first 1.45K are on pavement. The ascent up the bluffs begins near Rock City. The Salt Lick Trail rises rapidly until you reach Salt Lick Point where you begin your descent down Newman Trail. At the bottom of the bluffs, follow the flat 2.09K Johnson Trail. Next, you will run up the Salt Lick Trail again to complete the entire Salt Lick Trail and end on the pavement leading back to Borsch Park.
