The sandwiches and shakes are well worth the weight/wait. The service is great, when you finally get a seat, and you can't beat the prices and the relaxed atmosphere. One of our favorite places to go on a sunny afternoon. Plus, it's rewarding to watch the neighbor come back to life!
Words cannot describe the wonderful food, the atmosphere, and the staff. My family would dine there every weekend if we were closer. The malts and shakes are just as they were 50 years ago. The food is very good and the prices are very resonable. We take all our visiting company there if we have time. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but we have NEVER had any problems while we were there. The chef salad and the chili dogs ect are the best. YOU MUST TRY IT!
