Schlafly Tap Room

It's kind of like the City Museum for beer. Jump around and try out all he different attractions. The Tap room is one of my favorite destinations in the city. Once a year I venture to the Hops in the City, a day long tasting of all the craft beers in their arsenal. My friends and I do sessions where in between we sample large swathes of the menu. There are numerous reasons to check out the Tap Room. From their chef who specializes in using beer in food to the very knowledgeable staff who can help match beers to plates. Be quick to show up if you want to experience the mussel or oyster festivals. They tend to go quickly. But for whatever reason you decide to go, you will want to go back.
