Lara Teeter — a favorite with Muny audiences in roles from Don Lockwood in “Singin’ in the Rain” to the Scarecrow in “The Wizard of Oz” to Scuttle in “The Little Mermaid” — steps into a new role, director-choreographer for the perennially popular musical inspired by the Bible story.
