‘The Compleat Wks of Willm Shksper (Abridged)’

Three young actors — in this case, Ben Ritchie, Joshua Payne and Jamie Kurth — go crashing through the canon at breakneck speed in this popular little opus, created by the Reduced Shakespeare Company. With its Monty Pythonesque style, the show not only wins laughs, it knows what it’s talking about. (Well, sometimes, anyhow.) It’s a great theater choice for anybody who’s going to have to read Shakespeare this semester and thinks he doesn’t want to; the students who do want to probably have their tickets… Show more already.
