We are big fans of Celtic Thunder. We saw them this past summer at a much smaller venue in Waukeegan and were somewhat disappointed with the show after having seen the DVD. We hoped that the Production at the Fox would be better. It was not. The sound was terrible, and the audience was quite rude, with older- than-adolescent females screeching throughout the performance. It's been a while since we've been to a show at the Fox. When did fans in St. Louis become so backwards? As to the show itself, the sound quality was poor, and I'm confident that at least one of the songs was lip-synced. We left at intermission. This was certainly my last trip to see Celtic Thunder and, given the low class crowd that now patronizes this venue, it may well have been my last trip to the Fox.
