New R&B singer Chrisette Michele saw her second CD, “Epiphany,” debut at No. 1 when it was released in May, a big jump from her previous CD and a surprise for the neo-soul singer. Michele, who won a Grammy and recently opened for Anthony Hamilton at the Fox Theatre, told the Post-Dispatch: “I just feel honored to be number one. The people spoke. They made a statement.
