The Open Space Council for the St. Louis Region is organizing the 52nd Annual Operation Clean Stream on Saturday, Aug. 24th, rain or shine. The event will take place at various locations along the Meramec River and its tributaries. Nearly 2,000 volunteers will work to undo the damage caused throughout the year by flooding, careless littering, and unlawful dumping. Volunteers of all ages are welcome and encouraged to participate. For more information, or to register, visit ocs2019.eventbrite.com. If you have any questions, or represent a media outlet who would like to attend the event, please contact Caitlin Zera at email@example.com.
