EdgeWild is taking you around the world with wine. Each week in August, we're highlighting wines from a different region of the world. We kick things off with Spain the first week of August, followed by Italy, France & Argentina. Chef Baggett has created a distinct menu for each week, featuring 3 specially crafted dishes and an appetizer paired with fine wines of that week's region.
